Our Redevelopment Approach
We self-execute all work through our experienced site team thereby giving us total control over quality and schedule. We never subcontract work on a lock-and-key basis. Keeping in mind the fact that we are demolishing a habitat, we follow a scientific and studious approach towards evaluating, proposing, planning, executing and handing over any project.
After comprehensive understanding of the building, society, residents and other factors, we put our team together in creating the right layout, plan, project schedules, document requirement and the commercials.
Our team works on inputs and suggestions given by the society members. The plan is then given for approval to the Municipal Corporation. After approvals, developer and society finalize the redevelopment agreement.
We assist the residents in getting appropriate accommodation in their preferred area until the construction work is completed.
As necessary, we commence our work on demolition and then construction as per the sanctioned plan.
We complete the project in stipulated time with the subsequent handing over of apartments to their respective owners and induction of new flat owners.
